Today is not just another day !

11 Jan

Today is not just another day… This day has been given to you. It’s a gift!

Open your eyes and look at the sky, at the face of people around you. Open your heart and see the beauty that is surrounding you.

We are so good at complaining about all those times when life (and others) don’t meet our expectations. As 2016 is just starting, how about letting go of our resistance to enjoy our “not always very sexy lives”?

How about learning to embrace this life as it is. Simply beautiful and perfect (despite all its imperfections !).

Yes Efren you are completely right !
The thing is that many of us ” know” that complaining is not leading us anywhere YET we keep doing it unconsciously.
Complaining is a habit and it takes a conscious effort to change this habit.
Maybe we don’t complain loudly so we think that we are not really complainers…
Maybe we compare our complaining with others and we feel that “they” need to quit complaining more than us…
This is an invitation for each and everyone to look at their life and to really ask ” what is my level of complaining ?”, ” what would become possible in my life if I could completely get rid of this habit?”
