Did you know that in an ordinary day, about 60,000 or more thoughts go through the mind of an average person? and that 95% of these thoughts are the same as the day before.
We dwell-on and rehash over our complaints all day, we brood and ruminate over our negative thoughts and in the end become their prisoners.
The good and wonderful news is that should you replace your complaints with your celebrations for a few days , then you’ll automatically start to dwell over your celebrations and they will instead revisit your mind the next day! Therefore the challenge will become easier and easier! Life will be more enjoyable, too!
